Here is information about what to do on the day:

Start Time: 
10km – 09:00am
1km – 11:15am
5km – 11:45am.

Volunteers: We still require another 15-20 volunteers. If you are able to provide a volunteer on the day, we will offer you a free entry to another EPIC Norfolk race of your choice, or next year’s Run Henham. Address: Henham Park, Suffolk, NR34 8AW (A145 entrance opposite the junction with B1123). Google map location https://maps.app.goo.gl/NxKbvXrRd1yNgPBT6.

Parking: Race parking will only be permitted in a private area of Henham Park, please car share where possible. Please do not park anywhere else within Henham Park. Access to Event Parking will not be permitted between 09:00 – 09:30, as the early part of the 10km route prevents access to the car park.

Route: Each route will start and finish near the lake. The 10km route is a ‘figure of 8’ loop while the 5km and 1km are circular routes. The courses will be signposted plus we have a fantastic team of marshals and First Aiders around the course for your safety.

Water Stations: Water in compostable cups will be available at the halfway point of the 10km, and at the finish of all 3 races.

Race Numbers: If you selected to have your number posted to you, you will receive it a few days before the race. If you are collecting on the day, they will be available for collection from 7:30am near the start line.

Toilets: These will be located near the start/finish line.

Refreshments: There will be food vendors that you can purchase refreshments from.

Baggage: we will have a gazebo for baggage drop, please use the label on your race number and attach it to your item of baggage.

Chip Timing: Total Race Timing are providing chip timing for the 5km and 10km races.

Dogs: Dogs are allowed on the park with spectators only and must be kept on a lead. No dogs are allowed to take part with participants.
